Dr. LaTonya J. Harris, Founder & CEO
Dr. LaTonya J. Harris is a consultant, educator, pmentor, coach, and advocate poised to support and coach professionals, persons with disabilities, their families, and other stakeholders in postsecondary transition planning and implementation. Dr. Harris holds degrees from Illinois State University and Eastern Illinois University. With over two decades of experience as an educator, researcher and mother of a young adult with a developmental disability, she is an innovative thinker, transformational leader, and conduit for change in the "wonderful world of disabilities." She sees the possibilities of all people with disabilities and challenges the "dream killer" mentality to promote the "dream shaper" vision.

Infusing Vision was founded to support persons with disabilities, their families, and professionals in realizing the potential quality of life through activating the belief that it can be done; creating innovative means of access for all; and leveraging technology to promote inclusion.
We believe the question that should lead this effort is," how can we create spaces and opportunities for persons with disabilities to experience a full, authentic life!"
